Villa Julieta It's being built on a 225-Acre area, the development will offer 231 lots for sale, marina and golf course. The marina will feature 150 slips, a service wharf, electric power, solid waste collection and emptying the bilge, in addition to dry dock, launch ramp and travel lift. The golf course will be a professional PGA standard, 18-hole, designed by a top level architect.
The architectural designs for the entire development are based upon the architecture of the region, which Costa Loreto names "Missions' New Architecture," inspired by the historical places of La Purisima, Los Comondu and the San Javier Mission.
