Villa Julieta
is a 3.6 acre parcel located on the beachfront and is the closest neighborhood within the project to the town of Loreto. It will consist of approximately nine very high–quality single-family two-story homes, and 54 condominiums.
The Villa Julieta homes and condos are designed to meet the high standards of design and quality of construction, features and finishes that have evolved in other markets, in particular the high end Los Cabos market, over the past decade. Individual units are now being offered for sale and preconstruction prices. Please see the detailed information on the homes and condos in Villa Julieta and our other neighborhoods, as well as information on the secure nature of real estate ownership by foreigners in Mexico now available and time tested, and the availability of financing from an American lender – all elsewhere on this site.
Villa Julieta is the current focus of development effort, with one spectacular beachfront home nearing completion in early 2007, and another nine still to be built utilizing several variations of the best plans evolved in the Los Cabos area to take maximum advantage of the blessings nature has lavished upon the location. Each will have its own individually designed pool and landscaping on the ocean side, a garage, and, at the entrance of the house, an enclosed courtyard with outdoor fireplace. Behind the homes, and elevated to assure ocean views, a total of 54 condos will be constructed in three separate buildings.
Each unit is designed and will be constructed to maximize the dramatic views of the Sea of Cortez. All homes and condos will feature expansive terraces and outside areas, pocket doors to unify indoor and outdoor spaces, and an extremely high level of quality in construction, finishes, appliances and other details. Common pool and spa areas will occupy the space between the condominium buildings and the homes, and there will be plenty of parking beneath the condo buildings.
Los Cimarrones, which was the first segment to be developed and sold, and already partly built with high quality homes, continues to grow, mature and evolve. In addition to the homes, it will feature one or more combination units featuring shops and places for eating, drinking and browsing on the ground floor, an interior courtyard, and condominiums on the higher floors with views of the project and of the Sea of Cortez. A limited number of residential lots remain available in Los Cimarrones, including one beachfront lot, and the developer is prepared to design and construct high-quality residences on them for the discerning buyer.
As the revision of the master plan solidifies, other neighborhoods will be defined. In the area closes to the Marina the plan will suggest some larger buildings, both hotels and condominiums, a fractional ownership project to appeal to the buyer who expects to be able to spend only a limited amount of time in Loreto, and other appropriate uses. Residential lots will grace the shores of the salt-water lakes and ponds, and a substantial amount of space will be reserved for common areas and equipped for enjoyment by the residents of Costa Loreto and their guests.
The architectural designs for the entire development are based upon the architecture of the region, which Costa Loreto names "Missions' New Architecture," inspired by the historical places of La Purisima, Los Comondu and the San Javier Mission.
Regardless the controlled access, the Costa Loreto development, Villa Julieta
in particular, will have interior security with access for the residents and visitors to the development. To requets further information please click here
